Karl Krauskopf - Managing Partner: Karl got his start in real estate flipping houses. His focus has always been on acquiring and renovating under market value properties in areas experiencing tremendous market appreciation. As Karl diversified and scaled his efforts, development was the natural next step, and after attending a masterclass hosted by a local real estate leader, he, equipped with the education he needed, tapped his new network of colleagues and found a permit-ready lot to build four townhomes and two single family homes in south Seattle. That project turned out to be a raving success returning 36% COC to its investors in just 15 months, and it propelled Karl into more developments, as well as multifamily acquisitions as part of a team at Auroras Investment Group (AIG) with Chris. At AIG, Karl primarily focuses on acquisitions, underwriting, and negotiations. He also devotes a lot of his time to networking, events, investor relations, and podcasting. Before real estate, Karl obtained his MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He left a position of 10 years to pursue real estate full-time where he was running strategic planning and business development for a business services healthcare company that grossed $100M annually.
